Why do I get an error when submitting a support ticket?

Our online help desk automatically checks, verifies and blocks any attempts to broadcast spam/unsolicited messages. If you cannot submit a support ticket, your IP address might be blacked-listed by DSBL, SORBS and/or other IP block lists. Or your message contains words that trigger the spam filter.

Solution

If you believe this error is a mistake, please either: (1) submit a ticket after signing into your own account, (2) chat with a customer service agent or (3) call us and leave a message with your IP & email address.
