Why do I get an error when submitting a support ticket?

Our system automatically checks, verifies and blocks any attempts to broadcast spam/unsolicited messages. If you cannot submit a support ticket, your IP address might be blacked-listed by DSBL, SORBS and other block lists. Or your message contains words that trigger the filter. Please do not post HTML links or promotional contents in your message.

Solution

If you believe this error is a mistake, please either: (1) submit a ticket after signing into your account, (2) chat with a customer service agent or (3) call us and leave a message with your IP & email address.
