Thank you for your interest in upgrading/adding new service into the current package. Since we do not offer in-between plans (eg: 400,000 impressions/month), you can flexibly mix/match different plans to obtain the desired usage level. Many of our clients add a plan to increase their serving limit for several months during peak period and then cancel when they no longer need these extraneous plans and go back to the regular base plan.
- Upgrade: add the new plan and request a cancellation for the old subscription. Without the cancellation request, the old subscription will continue to be rebilled. For example: Premium 100 to Premium 300: add Premium 300, then cancel Premium 100
- Increase to a customized total limit: any new plan by default will be added to the package. For example: Premium 100 plus Premium 500 would effectively have 600k impressions limit
Please rest assure that adding/removing subscriptions
does not affect any existing settings in your account. Your ads, campaigns, zones, advertisers information stay the same.
