How do I upgrade/add/downgrade my existing subscription?

Upgrading, adding, or downgrading a subscription is very simple. It does not affect any existing settings in your account. The information of your ads, zones, groups and advertisers stay the same.

Upgrade to a Larger Plan

To upgrade your current subscription to a larger plan, please follow these steps:
  • Sign into your account and follow the menu My Account/Sales/Upgrade
  • Click on the subscription you want to upgrade
  • Choose a larger plan and click Order Now
  • Proceed to the payment page to activate this new plan

Add a New Plan

Since we do not offer in-between plans (eg: 400,000 impressions/month), you can flexibly mix/match different plans to obtain the desired usage level. Many of our clients add a plan to increase their serving limit for several months during peak period and then cancel when they no longer need these extraneous plans and go back to the regular base plan. Any new plan by default will be added to the package. For example: Premium 100 plus Premium 500 would effectively have 600k impressions limit. To add a new plan into your current subscription, please follow these steps:
  • Sign into your account and follow the menu My Account/Sales/Upgrade
  • Choose a plan and click Order Now
  • Proceed to the payment page to activate this new plan

Downgrade to a Smaller Plan

To downgrade your current subscription to a smaller plan, please follow these steps:
  1. Sign into your account and follow the menu My Account/Sales/Downgrade
  2. Click on the subscription you want to downgrade
  3. Choose a smaller plan and Order Now
  4. Proceed to payment to activate the new plan
