How do I change the reporting period?

These are the steps to generate reports for ads, zones, groups, and advertisers.

Basics, CTR, Conversion, and Revenue Reports

  • Follow the main menu Reports and click on the type of report you want to view
  • By default, reports for the whole publisher account will be displayed
  • Choose an ad, zone, group, or advertiser from the drop-down
  • Select one of the interval tabs:
    • Hourly — a report for each hour. Default is the last 24 hours.
    • Daily — a report for each day. Default is the last 31 days. You can click on a day to see its hourly report.
    • Weekly — a report for each week. Default is the last 4 weeks. You can click on a week to see its daily report.
    • Monthly — a report for each month. Default is the last 12 months. You can click on a month to see its daily report.
    • Yearly — a report for the last 10 years. You can click on a year to see its monthly report.
  • Optionally, you can change to a custom date range (eg: May 5 to May 25) or choose from a predefined range (eg: Today, Yesterday, Last Week, Last Month, etc.)

Visitor, Site, Technical, and Geographical Reports

  • Follow the main menu Reports and click on the type of report you want to view.
  • Choose an ad, zone, group, or advertiser from the drop down list.
  • Select one of the preset time frames (Last Month, This Month, Last Week, etc.) or choose your own date range to generate the report.
