Why can't I update my credit card details?

If you have trouble making payment or updating your payment information, please follow these instructions to troubleshoot this billing issue:
  • Enter all digits of the credit card in a single sequence with no spaces or dashes
  • Enter the correct CVV number for the current active credit card
  • Enter your name as it appears on the credit card
  • Enter the billing address that matches exactly with the card issuer's record
  • Contact the card issuing bank and confirm that the bank is not declining the transaction
If you experience any error with the billing system for more than 3 times, please contact our billing department for further assistance.
