Why can't I update my credit card details?

If you have problem updating your payment information, please follow these instructions to troubleshoot the billing issue:

We strongly advise that you first contact the bank and confirm that the failure is not related to the issuing bank declining the transaction. If the issuing bank confirms there is no problem with the account, make sure that you are entering all the digits of the credit card number in a single sequence with no spaces or dashes.

In order for orders to process through our system the address information given must match EXACTLY the information on the bank billing statement. Meaning if you have street abbreviated st. on the statement and you enter street, it MAY fail. If you are receiving an error message associated with the address, please check the bank statement to verify how the address appears in the bank records.

Another common error would be a CVV code error. That error message is associated with the 3-4 digit code that you are asked to enter from your credit card.

A "do not honor" error message indicates that the order is being returned by the processing network. Unfortunately, with this particular error message, you will need to contact your bank for additional information.

If you are receiving any error message where the reference number begins with UU it means that your information may be blocked in our system. This is often just a result of too many failed purchase attempts in a row but may also be a result of past fraud. If you receive these messages, please wait a full 24 hours before trying to place the order again.

Please delete the cache and cookies from your computer before entering the credit card information
