How much is the administrative/transaction fee for refunds?

An administrative and transaction fee of $5 USD or 5% of the refund amount, whichever is higher, is charged for each refund. The net amount you receive will be the gross refund amount less this fee. This fee is necessary because we have been charged this transaction fee by our merchant bank for processing payment from your credit card and refunding your payment. It also covers our staff's time to process each refund manually.
