How can I subscribe to RSS stats feeds?

When viewing a stats report (Basics, CTR, Conversions) for any entity (Publisher, Advertiser, Zone, Ad, Campaign), there is an option to subscribe to the live bookmarks via RSS feeds. For Firefox users, the feed icon should appear at the end of the address bar.

For Opera users, the RSS feed icon should look something like this:
