What is Overage Insurance?

We understand that traffic can be unpredictable. With AdSpeed, you do not have to worry about that. We offer overage insurance for free, giving you the peace of mind knowing that your ads will not suffer an unexpected interruption.

If your website traffic suddenly increases and this makes your usage goes over the monthly impression limit by less than 20%, your dashboard will show an alert message but ads will keep displaying on your website as usual. If your usage reaches the limit for more than one month, please upgrade to a larger plan.

However, if you are over your limit by 20% or more, we will send you an email message to discuss an appropriate arrangement and any applicable charge. You can upgrade to a larger plan or add more plans into your package. Therefore, it is very important to keep your contact email address up-to-date and reply to our messages to avoid an unwanted disruption to your ad serving service. If we cannot contact you after multiple attempts, we are forced to stop servicing your account.
