Why doesn't the provided HTML serving code work?
If you paste the serving code into your webpage and the ad does not show up:- Make sure you get the complete code with no extra line breaks
- Make sure you set weight greater than zero for at least one of your banners in the zone or you'll see an error banner
- If there is an error banner, you can click on it to see further instructions
- If the problem persists, please contact us and include descriptions about the problem, name of the associated ad/zone, the online URL where this serving code is placed so we could investigate the problem
