New interface for entity listings

If you have many items (like many zones, groups, or ads) you would love our latest improvement. The new listing interface looks better, loads faster, is more dynamic and flexible. You can search/filter instantly from all items to only the matching ones without loading a new page. We're converting all other interfaces to have a consistent theme. Our goal is to support theme customization as one of your preferences.
