Help Center Troubleshooting Problems with Ad Serving

Where can I see a report of ad serving errors?

Error reporting is useful to determine which web page is displaying an error message or cannot select an appropriate ad. This report can be accessed from the menu Reports / Advanced / Serving Errors. It displays the list of most recent errors for one of your zones or ads. You can use this list to identify errors with ad scheduling, ad targeting, or certain ad settings. Most common errors include:

• Ad Not Found
• Failed Targeting/Restriction
• Invalid Ad Type
