jQuery Popup Ad

This is an ad template for a popup ad (also called a lightbox ad or an overlay ad). The user can click on a Close button to make it disappear. This ad template requires the popular JavaScript library jQuery and the plugin bPopup. Similarly, you can use other jQuery-based plugins like LightBox or FancyBox or build a mobile interstitial ad using jQuery Mobile.

Ad Management

You can group multiple jQuery-based popup ads into a zone and get the zone's serving code to rotate the ads. To avoid displaying the default error banner when there is no available ad in the zone, check the box to hide all errors when generating the serving code.

Customization

To customize the sample ad to your own ad, change the content of the ad container and customize the bPopup call as needed.

Create the ad

• Click on the menu Ads / Create a new ad and choose the ad type to be Rich-Media/HTML
• Set the ad dimension to be 1x1
• Paste the ad HTML code from the demo page into the text box
• Customize the ad content to your own creative content
• Generate the JavaScript-based serving code. Do not use the comprehensive or iframe-based serving code.

Advanced Options

You can limit the popup ad to display once per day or a number of times per week with Time Capping and Frequency Capping
