Terms of Service

This presents the terms and conditions of AdSpeed.com. Please read this carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as a participant before registering an account with AdSpeed.com. Participation in AdSpeed.com indicates that you accept these terms and services. If you do not accept these terms and services, please do not register for or participate in AdSpeed.com.

Payments/Refunds

All payments to AdSpeed are non-refundable with one exception: within the first 30-day of your subscription, you can request a full refund of your first payment less an administrative/transaction fee. You must request cancellation before the end of the current contract. Non-payment will result in termination of service/contract.

Subscriptions

Your subscriptions will be automatically renewed unless terminated before the next billing cycle, and your credit card will be charged for the subscription fees according to the selected package. Monthly subscriptions will be charged once per month, quarterly subscriptions will be charged on a quarterly basis, annual subscriptions will be charged once per year, and six-month subscriptions will be charged once per six months. Unless otherwise specifically stated, the renewal charge shall be equal to the original price of the subscription-based service, unless we notify you in advance.

Acceptable Sites/Contents

AdSpeed reserves the right to reject or deactivate any site for any appropriate reason at any time (including but is not limited to illegal, violence, spy/adware and racial/hate content). We are strongly against spyware/adware practices and will remove these accounts from our system immediately.

Use Policy

Any account that uses system resources abusively will receive a notice by email. If no action is made to comply with the notice for over a month, the account will be removed. Abusive use includes but is not limited to usage over combined monthly limit and any action that uses too much of the system resources for an unreasonably short period of time.

Spam Policy

We do not tolerate spam (unsolicited email). If we receive any spam complaint for your account, the account will be removed.

Ad Serving Code (HTML code)

The HTML code is designed to properly display your ads on most browsers. We are not responsible for any problem if the code is modified or changed.

Free (Sponsor-based) Publisher Accounts

All free/sponsor-based publishers have a sponsor ratio of 20%, which means we take 20% of your ad inventory to serve our own ads. We reserve the right to place any appropriate ads, which comply with our policy of acceptable sites/contents. The sponsor ads are not displayed at any exact time or after any exact number of banner displays, they are randomly selected.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ADSPEED MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTY AS TO THE CONTENT, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS OR COMPLETENESS OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED HEREIN. IN NO EVENT WILL ADSPEED BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, INCLUDING BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF INCOME, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF DATA, AND DAMAGE TO BUSINESS REPUTATION, UNDER ANY THEORY OF LAW OR EQUITY, AND WHETHER OR NOT ADSPEED IS NOTIFIED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ADSPEED DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE SUITABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS OR YOUR INTENDED APPLICATIONS, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH OR OPERATE IN THE HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, OR WEBSITE CONFIGURATIONS THAT YOU SELECT.

IN ALL EVENTS, OUR LIABILITY, AND THE LIABILITY OF OUR SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS, TO YOU AND ANY THIRD PARTIES IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAY TO US IN THE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
