Terms of Service
THIS AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") BETWEEN YOU AND ADSPEED.COM CONSTITUTES ADSPEED.COM'S STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS. "YOU" OR "YOUR" MEANS ANY ENTITY IDENTIFIED IN A REGISTRATION FORM SUBMITTED BY THE SAME OR AFFILIATED PERSONS, AND/OR ANY AGENCY, NETWORK OR OTHER THIRD PARTY THAT YOU HAVE GRANTED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND YOUR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS A PARTICIPANT BEFORE REGISTERING AN ACCOUNT WITH ADSPEED.COM. PARTICIPATION IN ADSPEED.COM INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER FOR OR PARTICIPATE IN ADSPEED.COM.
Payment and Refund
All payments to AdSpeed.com are
non-refundable with one exception: within the first
thirty (30) days of the first payment, You can request a full refund of Your first payment, less an
administrative and transaction fee.
Termination
You must submit a cancellation request to AdSpeed.com at least
five (5) business days before the end of the current billing period. Non-payment will result in a termination of service and a late fee will be assessed. Please consult AdSpeed.com's
cancellation policy for more details.
Renewal
Your subscription will be automatically renewed unless terminated before the next billing cycle. Your credit card will be charged for the appropriate subscription fees for the selected package. Monthly subscriptions will be charged once per month, quarterly subscriptions will be charged on a quarterly basis, annual subscriptions will be charged once per year, and six-month subscriptions will be charged once per six months. Unless otherwise specifically stated, the renewal charge shall be equal to the original price of the subscription-based service, unless you are notified in advance.
Acceptable Websites and Contents
AdSpeed.com reserves the right to reject or deactivate any website for any appropriate reason at any time (including but is not limited to illegal, violence, spyware/adware and racial/hate contents). AdSpeed.com is strongly against spyware/adware practices and will remove spyware/adware accounts from AdSpeed.com immediately.

Abuse Policy
Any account that abuses AdSpeed.com's system resources will receive a notice by email. If no action is made to comply with this notice within fifteen (15) days, Your account will be suspended and/or removed. Abusive use includes but is not limited to usage over combined monthly limit or other actions that take up too much of AdSpeed.com's system resources for an unreasonably short period of time.
Use of Data
AdSpeed.com may use and disclose data derived from Your use of AdSpeed.com if legally required by a court order, a subpoena, or a law enforcement agency.
Spam Policy
AdSpeed.com does not tolerate spam (unsolicited email messages) in its system. If AdSpeed.com receives any spam complaint for Your account, Your account can be suspended with or without notice.
Ad Tag (HTML Serving Code)
The HTML code is designed and tested to properly display Your ads on all major browsers. AdSpeed.com is not responsible for problems if the code is modified, changed or used in an unintended environment.
Free (Sponsor-based) Publisher Accounts
All free/sponsor-based publishers have a sponsor ratio of 20%. It means AdSpeed.com takes 20% of Your advertising inventory to serve AdSpeed.com's own advertisements. AdSpeed.com reserves the right to place any appropriate ads, which comply with the section on "Acceptable Websites and Contents". The sponsored ads are randomly selected and do not displayed at any exact time or after any exact number of banner views.

Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose AdSpeed.com's software, technology, programming, specifications, materials, guidelines and documentation without AdSpeed.com's prior written consent. Confidential information does not include information that has become publicly known through no breach by You or AdSpeed.com.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ADSPEED.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION AS TO THE CONTENT, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS OR COMPLETENESS OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED HEREIN. IN NO EVENT WILL ADSPEED.COM BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, INCLUDING BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF INCOME, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF DATA, AND DAMAGE TO BUSINESS REPUTATION, UNDER ANY THEORY OF LAW OR EQUITY, AND WHETHER OR NOT ADSPEED.COM IS NOTIFIED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ADSPEED.COM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE SUITABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS OR YOUR INTENDED APPLICATIONS, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH OR OPERATE IN THE HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, OR WEBSITE CONFIGURATIONS THAT YOU SELECT. IN ALL EVENTS, ADSPEED.COM'S LIABILITY, AND THE LIABILITY OF ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS, TO YOU AND ANY THIRD PARTIES IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAY TO ADSPEED.COM IN THE THIRTY-DAY PERIOD PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
INDEMNIFY
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD ADSPEED.COM, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND THIRD PARTY SUPPLIER HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL THIRD PARTY CLAIMS, LIABILITY, LOSS, AND EXPENSE (INCLUDING DAMAGE AWARDS, SETTLEMENT AMOUNTS, AND REASONABLE LEGAL FEES).
Miscellaneous
Governing Law. This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of the State of California without regard to any conflict of laws principles.
General. We reserve the right to modify, and/or change these terms of service at any time, prior to or without notice.
Notices. Any notices to AdSpeed.com must be sent to: AdSpeed.com 2530 Berryessa Road #519, San Jose, California 95132, USA via first class or air mail or overnight courier, and are deemed given upon receipt.
