Why doesn't one of my ads show up?

When generating the serving code for a zone, you can choose to display only ads of a specific size (eg: 468x60) or ads with different sizes in the same spot (eg: 468x60 and 728x90). The ad size drop-down supports multiple selection.

Common Problem

One common issue is that if the banner has a different size than the size specified in the serving code, it will not be included in the rotation and therefore will not be served to your visitors.

For eg: zone X has ad A,B,C. A & B are 468x60 while C is 480x60. The serving code you have is for 468x60 then the rotation only includes A & B. On the other hand, if your serving code specifies 480x60 then only C is served.

The solution is to resize the banner so it matches the other ads in the zone. You could have multiple sizes within one zone and when getting the serving code for the zone, specify which size group to serve from the drop-down box in the Optional settings section.
