What service am I paying for?
Your payment is applied to serve your ads on your website(s) and provide you the online system to manage ad inventory effectively. We do not display your ads on other websites or pay you to display our ads. We have partnerships with companies that provide such service. Please contact us for a referral.As for the billing arrangement with us, for some clients, our billing system processes monthly recurring payments on the same day as your starting day. For example: if your subscription starts on Nov. 14, it will be re-billed on the 14th every month: Dec 14, Jan 14 and so on. For many new clients, the first payment is prorated to the next cycle. For example: subscription starts May 10, first payment is prorated from May 10 - May 31. The next cycle starts June 1. In all cases, please make sure that you have sufficient fund available by the next cycle to avoid any billing issue.
