Why does the system sometime over-serve my maximum impression limits?

To be able to deliver each ad impression very quickly (in less than 0.02 seconds), our system compares the limit you set (eg 1000 views/day) with a cached stats number that is around 5 to 15 minute old (instead of a real-time number, which will significantly slow down the serving process). For some cases, the daily target might be too small that it is reached too quickly with the regular site traffic (eg: 1000 views/hour). Even in these cases, the system should stop serving fair quickly as soon as it determines the limit has been reached.
